Privacy Policy

Lexora (operated by Lexora Technologies) is a decentralised AI inference network. We act as an orchestration layer that routes inference requests to community-contributed GPU nodes. Our registered contact email is chirantan@lexoratechnologies.com.

When you sign up or use Lexora we collect only what is necessary to operate the service:

• Google account data — your email address, display name, and profile picture, received via Google OAuth at sign-in.
• Usage telemetry — token counts, latency, model name, and cost per request. This is aggregate performance data; it does not include message content.
• Billing information — payment transactions processed by Razorpay. We store only the credit balance associated with your account; we never see your card or bank details.
• API keys — hashed tokens that authenticate your API calls. We store only the hash, not the raw key.

Lexora does not store the content of your prompts or model responses.

When you send an inference request, the message payload is forwarded directly to the selected GPU node and streamed back to you. The content is never written to our database. Once the stream closes, the message content is gone from our systems.

We do not log, retain, or analyse your conversation history. Your prompts are yours.

• To authenticate your account and issue JWT session tokens.
• To calculate billing, deduct credits, and maintain your account balance.
• To display aggregate usage statistics in your developer dashboard (token counts, latency, spend).
• To enforce rate limits and detect abuse.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

We share data with the following sub-processors only to the extent required to operate the service:

• Google — OAuth authentication only.
• Razorpay — payment processing. Razorpay handles all card and bank data under their own Privacy Policy.

We use a single session cookie and browser localStorage to keep you signed in between page visits. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not use any third-party analytics SDK (e.g. Google Analytics) that would profile your browsing behaviour.

Account data (email, name, balance) is retained for as long as your account is active. Usage telemetry (token counts, latency aggregates) is retained indefinitely for billing accuracy and network analytics. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. API keys are stored as cryptographic hashes. Credit balances are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database with access restricted to application service accounts. We follow industry-standard security practices, but no system is perfectly secure — please keep your API keys confidential.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at chirantan@lexoratechnologies.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
