Refund & Cancellation Policy

01Overview
Lexora operates on a prepaid credit model. When you add credits to your account, those credits are consumed as you make inference requests. This policy explains our stance on refunds and cancellations for credit purchases made via Razorpay.
02No-refund policy
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once a payment is processed and credits are added to your account balance, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges. This applies regardless of whether the credits have been used or not.
This policy exists because inference compute costs are incurred at the moment of the transaction. Credits represent pre-purchased access to distributed GPU compute that is immediately made available to you.
03Exceptions
We will review refund requests only in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate charge — your payment method was charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error.
- Failed transaction — your payment was debited by Razorpay but credits were not added to your Lexora account balance within 24 hours.
To raise an exception request, email chirantan@lexoratechnologies.com with your registered email address and the Razorpay payment ID within 7 days of the transaction. We will respond within 5 business days.
04Service interruptions
Lexora is provided in beta on a best-effort basis. Temporary unavailability, degraded latency, or limited model availability during the beta period does not constitute grounds for a refund. We do not offer service-level credits for downtime during the beta phase.
05Account termination
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, any remaining credit balance is forfeited and will not be refunded.
06Cancellations
Lexora does not offer subscription plans at this time — all purchases are one-time credit top-ups. There is nothing to "cancel". You may stop using the service at any time; unused credits will remain in your account indefinitely but are non-refundable.
07Payment disputes
If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. Please reach out to us first — we are happy to resolve legitimate issues quickly and directly.
