Terms of Service

Effective date: June 16, 2025

01Agreement

By creating an account or making an API call to Lexora you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users — developers using the API and providers contributing GPU nodes.

02Description of service

Lexora is a decentralised AI inference network. We orchestrate LLM and image-generation requests across a network of community-contributed GPU nodes. We provide an OpenAI-compatible REST API, a web playground, and a provider portal. Service availability depends on the number of active nodes and is provided on a best-effort basis during the beta period.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use Lexora. By signing up you represent that you meet these requirements. Provider accounts are invite-only during the beta.

04Account and API keys

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. All API calls made with your key are your responsibility, whether or not you authorised them.

If you believe your key has been compromised, revoke it immediately from the dashboard and generate a new one. We are not liable for charges resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.

05Credits and payment

Lexora operates on a prepaid credit model. You add credits to your account balance using Razorpay. Credits are denominated in USD. All pricing is listed on the Pricing page and may change with notice.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Lexora does not store your card or bank details. By making a payment you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.

Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. See our Refund Policy for information on credit purchases.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to use Lexora to:

  • Generate illegal content, including content that sexually exploits minors (CSAM).
  • Produce content intended to harass, threaten, or harm individuals.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract model weights from the network.
  • Circumvent rate limits, abuse the free-tier allowance, or create multiple accounts to evade restrictions.
  • Use the service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

07Beta service and availability

Lexora is currently in beta. The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime, latency, or model availability. We may change pricing, remove models, or take the service offline for maintenance at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.

08Intellectual property

You retain all intellectual property rights in the prompts you submit. Lexora does not claim any rights over your input or the model outputs generated for you. The Lexora platform, brand, and orchestration software are owned by Lexora Technologies OPC Private Limited.

09Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexora Technologies OPC Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
